From engineering student to property entrepreneur, Steven Rich’s journey into the real estate world was anything but traditional. After attending a single property investment training day, he knew he had found his true calling. He left university to pursue property full-time, immersing himself in the industry and learning from some of the UK’s most successful investors and developers.
Steven’s first venture was a luxury apart-hotel in Liverpool. Soon after, he acquired his first property - a 22-bed hotel - which he now manages with the help of a great team on site taking care of the day to day operations. Recognising the growing demand for expert property management, he expanded his services to help other investors maximise returns through serviced accommodation, building a thriving management business from the ground up.

We also have dedicated cleaning and maintenance teams strategically placed across the country.
